Denisa
“Minitüb is one of the few companies where the supervisor tells the employee to get medical care instead of insisting on coming to work at any cost. When they see that it is necessary, they tell the employee to go see a doctor. The supervisor is just a human being too, approachable and makes the employee feel valued.”
Andrea
“I still remember when the company was smaller; it's like my second home. But gradually, it has grown. I see that we still have room for improvement. However, I've always been a part of an excellent team. We can be sure that the pay cheque is never late and that the company is stable and will not close down overnight. My work at Minitüb is also my hobby.”
Katarina
“At first, there were only a few employees, a couple of machines, and a yellow van. Now there are 120 of us, a new production hall, large warehouses, and full cargo trucks.”
Miriam
“I have been with Minitüb for over 5 years now. I like the family concept of the company, its history, its size. The work environment that we have here, too, which is quite different from the automotive industry. My team and I are always working on new projects, I'm never bored, there's constantly something to improve and push ahead. We also have full support from our German owners.”
Peter
“I studied and worked in Switzerland, Germany, and Australia, and travelled the world. After an offer from Christa Simmet, CCO of Minitüb GmbH, I decided to finally land on the premises of the old school in Celadice. I believe in the future of our company. Initially, I was responsible for Slovakia. Today, we number 10 countries. I have been here for 20 years and am highly satisfied. For me, it was the last piece of the puzzle. I get to apply everything I've learned abroad, my work here makes sense to me and, more importantly, we have an excellent team.”
Helena
"I have been with Minitüb for 7 years. After 4 years working on hand packing, my supervisor suggested I transfer to hand assembly, to which I agreed. I enjoy working here! There's not as much pressure on people as in my past experiences."
