Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and edit marketing content for email campaigns, social media, reports, and promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms and assist with website updates.
- Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities, including logistics and marketing materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to develop effective marketing communications.
- Coordinate with international marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Track campaign performance, marketing activities, and budget reporting.
- Support internal communications and maintain company intranet content.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience.
- Agricultural or agricultural marketing experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical and agricultural concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
- Experience with photography and basic video creation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Information
- This position is fully onsite and requires regular in-person work at the company location in Verona, Wisconsin.
- Occasional travel to trade shows, industry meetings, and events, including possible international travel.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50–60 lbs
- Company vehicle and expense reimbursement provided for approved travel.
